All our applications run securely and with flexible scaling on our own servers and the cloud in Frankfurt. It goes without saying that we meet all GDPR criteria for data processing and data security as well as for all live streams. For hosting our cloud applications, we rely on the world’s largest cloud computing provider, AWS, and its German servers.

Our streaming platform and online participant management are customisable. Cookie banners, double opt-in and consent requests from participants are a matter of course. We guarantee secure e-mail delivery. Mandatory fields in registration are freely adjustable. We offer participant tracking on request. Data archiving is GDPR-compliant and a secure exchange of all data is guaranteed.

Our external data protection officer Markus van der Bijl is an experienced IT security specialist. He develops customised data processing contracts for each client and for all sub-service providers involved. All our processes in which our clients’ sensitive data play a role are monitored and regularly audited by him.

We offer a free choice of live streams without login for a public audience up to live streams with the highest security requirements. Participant logins with freely selectable extensive credentials, security tokens, 2-factor identification.
