Tobias began working in front of and behind the camera and on stage while studying theatre, film and television. He directed at various theatres, made guest appearances throughout Germany and worked for WDR, among others. For him, dramaturgy, format development and content consulting are learned crafts with a sound theoretical background. In his concepts, Tobias knows how to trigger emotions and enthusiasm online in front of screens around the world, too, by perfectly combining content and format.

A live stream, like any live event, needs well thought-out and reliable technology. Tim plans effectively, responsibly and with the necessary technical redundancies so that StreConFlex. runs entirely without interruption. In addition to his expertise in media and event technology, Tim is also the head of the IT team and is responsible for the front and back end of the streaming tool. His studies in media science and computer science form the basis for his expertise and experience in the field of online platforms, app development, server and cloud structures.

Markus lives and breathes computer and data security, not only as a certified Apple Teacher and Synology DSM Architect 6.2. He is also a member of the Professional Association of Data Protection Officers in Germany (BvD e.V.) and the Federal Association of IT Experts and Consultants e.V. and is therefore always up to date with regard to the security of your data in our systems. GDPR and individual DPAs (Data Processing Agreements) are daily business for Markus and we are therefore able to offer absolutely reliable and professional security in all data protection issues.
